Audi Consulting - The Transformation Consultancy
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and execution of end to end consulting projects within China Business from the very first idea to sustainable implementation
- Analytical work (e.g. preparation of business cases, quantitative and qualitative analyses, interviews)
- Concept development (e.g. hypothesis formation, development of concrete solution approaches)
- Implementation planning and accompaniment
- Application of project management and operational excellence methods
- Preparation, follow-up and implementation of workshops on management and top management level
- Creation of customer presentations on top management level
（accompaniment by project team and additional buddy-/ mentorship)
Leadership preparation:
Preparation for management/ leadership position within Audi China Enterprise, after a profound qualification (on/off the job) and intense introduction to the Audi HQ processes and networks in Ingolstadt/Germany ( 2 to 3 year residence in Germany, accompanied by project-related business trips to Audi China in Beijing on a regular base)
Qualifications
Education Background
- Master Degree
- Major in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or related area
- PhD, MBA, Dr. as a Plus
Professional Skills
- At least 7 years working experience, preferably consulting experience in a well-established top management consulting firm with focus on automotive industry
- Profound expertise in project management, project design, monitoring and control
- Moderation skills and workshop conception
- Routine application of consulting processes and instruments
- Advanced business administration knowledge
- Proficiency in MS office, especially PPT and Excel skills
Competence Requirements
- Profound leadership experience (as department leader or at least functional lead for project teams) and stability on management level
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Quality and result orientation
- Convincing ability, high stability and assertiveness
- Ability to work under pressure
- International mindset and inter-cultural skills
- High motivation and automotive passion
- Quick learner and adoption ability
Language Skills
- Excellent English in both speaking and writing
- Fluent German as a plus
