Responsibilities:
· Responsible for one AXA monthly business reporting analysis, budgeting and expense analysis and to provide insights and recommendations to management
· To be a trusted partner to business finance and cultivate efficiency culture
· To improve timeliness and quality of management reporting and provide insightful analytics to support management decision
To manage, streamline and transform the MIS team to deliver the management report to different business functions
· Significantly reduce lead time of management reporting process and improve quality of the report with insightful analysis
· Streamline and automate management report to drive efficiency
· To improve credibility and integrity of cost controlling functions
Requirements:
· University graduate with strong experience in management reporting preferably in insurance industry.
· Experience in managing MIS team and/or transformation is a plus
· Experience in Business Partnering and key stakeholders management
· Client oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese
