Responsibilities:
1、 Support CDO to manage the firm's digital transformation program including strategy and business plan development and tracking, development of cohesive conclusions, report writing, analysis and presentation of results
2、Be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of digital transformation projects/initiatives
3、 Cooperate with all business stakeholders to support business function's digital transformation in services and operations
4、Provide thought leadership on market-leading trends grounded in innovation and digital technology
5、Join the development of practical solutions and methodologies, develop “insight” and “point-of-view” documents.
6、 Participate in public speaking events and support the development and delivery of training programs
Qualifications:
1、 Master’s Degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related field.
2、 5-7 years' experience on digital/innovative business strategy development including define, refine, test and implement strategic plans for various business units
3、Strong communication skills, both written and verbal including presentation skills and high attention to detail
4、Have a collaborative mindset and enjoy sharing knowledge and succeeding as a team
5、Demonstrate solid analytical and problem-solving skills
