Job Description & Summary

PwC China/Hong Kong Change Management Office (CMO) facilitates and supports the firm’s strategic change agenda and drives change agility across the firm. We focus on three main areas:

1. Change Agenda – Support PwC’s global and local leadership in driving change and building change capacity
2. Change Agent – Develop and promote a sustainable change management approach across the firm
3. Change Acumen – Implement an approach for building individual change capabilities and competencies across the firm

Job Description & Summary

As a manager, you will help CMO enhance its value in the firm, promote CMO’s brand and execute various change projects, including digital/technology related transformation projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of firm’s major change initiatives and focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology to achieve successful adoption and sustainable change. You will work with cross functional teams and have access to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build change management strategies and plans for key change initiatives to enhance employee adoption and usage.
  • Lead the change management activities in some projects including developing strategy and plans, supporting communication and training efforts, monitoring change adoption and building a change sustainability plan.
  • Engage with project leaders and manage the stakeholders during execution.
  • Work with your CMO teammates to develop plans for engaging with Partners and staff to build change mindset & capabilities.

Potentially, you will also support PwC’s global and local leadership to implement the Business Operations Solutions (BOS) Programme – a PwC global investment in an integrated and end to end digital solution. The key components of BOS include Salesforce, Workday, Oracle/SAP and Google. Your specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Act as the local liaison for this global programme and facilitate the collaboration between global and local teams to implement BOS in China and Hong Kong.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of BOS from the Change perspective.
  • Support the leadership to drive maximum value and benefit of BOS in China and Hong Kong.

Differentiating Skills and Experience:

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Digital acumen / operating system experience a plus
  • Flexible and adaptable; Be able to work in ambiguous situations

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ Years of work experience
  • Native English speakers or Mandarin native speakers with strong English skills
  • Willing to travel occasionally (less than 20%)
