Job Duties:
● Process funding scheme applications, compile progress and final reports, and assessment summaries
● Conduct assessment of the funding scheme applications and prepare the relevant reports and summary lists, and perform on-site checking for applicant enterprises and funded projects
● Conduct reviews on reports, books, records and audited accounts submitted by grantees of Government funded projects to verify that the funding terms and conditions have been met and in compliance with Government’s regulations, and follow through the cases accordingly
● Handle and follow up enquiries from the grantees of Government funded projects, and liaise with external auditors to facilitate the submission process of reports
● Perform on-site checking for applicant enterprises and funded projects
● Provide support in enhancing the financial aspects of the operation of funding programme secretariat
● Undertake project management duties, and oversee the deployment of budget and resources
● Assist to review and enhance the guidelines, operating procedures and control mechanisms of the funding programme secretariat
● Travel to Mainland China/overseas to perform duties when necessary
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent with 6 years’ relevant experience
● Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, or equivalent a must
● Those with 2 years’ or above audit experience a definite advantage
● Experience in implementing government funding schemes and / or handling Government funded projects is an advantage
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Self-initiative and able to work under pressure independently
● Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word processing
● Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
