You’ll focus on engaging the most qualified experienced candidates by building relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business. Our team actively recruits for full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles.
Responsibilities:
- Work with EH Operations Senior Manager to develop and maintain recruiting policies and processes
- Support on recruiting systems in terms of configuration, implementation, data migration, and user problem solving
- Analyze budget variances and develop management reports and presentations
- Analyze recruiter performance based on metrics
- Manage vendor sourcing, contracting and usage/performance tracking
- Manage regular and ad hoc recruitment related projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years' experiences related in recruiting and/or operations
- Strong expertise in end to end recruitment process development and optimisation
- Experience in contracting and assessing various sourcing vendors in the market
- Strong project management skills with proven record of successful delivery
- Skilful in data analyzing and reporting
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to engage challenging clients and develop trusting relationships.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment, and make quick decisions
- High proficiency with Workday, and executive search database tools (experience with Avature a plus)
