This exciting role offers opportunity to: Manager – QMS is responsible for implementing Quality Management System across the organization. Need to drive EQMS deployment, QMS Internal Audits, MRM, Document control & Risk assessments, Self-assessment, monitoring and improvement & OpA EQMS deployment. Also responsible for external 3rd party audits, Customers audits, Product Certifications audit Management. Responsible for ensuring successful Customer Audits /Visits, Facilitate third party audits and closure of the audit observations On-time closure of Customer Audit Observations and review with the team. Perform annual Customer survey to capture satisfaction level and improve Work on the implementation of changes in Quality Management Systems (EQMS) in line with continuous upgradations EQMS deployment, Self-assessment, monitoring and improvement & OpA EQMS deployment QMS Internal Audits, MRM, Document control & Risk assessments External 3rd party audits, Customers audits, Product Certifications audit Management Deploy Quality leading indicator requirements to achieve Demonstration in Quality culture Drive Daily Layered Process Audit, Monthly Quality Process Audit & Gemba audits by using Digitalization tool EASE. Deployment of Quality tools like Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC, MSA at plant 12Drive Quality circles and improvement projects to achieve quality metrics Monthly reports preparation and on-time submission to corporate and management Provide functional Quality related trainings to all Plant Quality employees on ongoing basis Develop Quality knowledge across plant by sharing Weekly Quality knowledge bytes across the plant Qualifications Requirement: BE or Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical 10+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems, Internal and External Audits Thorough knowledge on ISO, Six Sigma, Quality Tools Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures and methodologies Driving Quality Circles and represent external forums Six Sigma Black Belt/ Green Belt Certification a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills High degree of professional presence and customer interface skills Very adept at influencing to achieve results through others when required Good leader and a Team player Ability to get things done through teams effectively Ability to forge strong relationships at all levels of the organization Yes!
