Job summary:

Responsible to lead and overseeing all aspects of technical & QA/QC activities; initiate and drive company quality efforts towards achieving customer standards and beyond.

Manage the QA/QC departments, directs and implements the Company inspection policy & procedures to improve and enhance the product quality at all stages of manufacturing process, and assure quality of the products conforming to specification and standards.

Requirements:

Diploma holder or above in Quality management, industrial engineering, Textile or other related disciplines.

At least 10 years garment quality control experience & proven record in establishing & leading QAQC department in sizeable companies, in which at least 5 years at managerial level.

Solid experience and In-depth technical knowledge in raw material, garment make-up and quality control.

Excellent technical knowledge in all rounded products for USA market.

Strong leadership, decision making and analytical skills with presentable and persuasive manner.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
