Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of strategic and operation plans
- Research and analyze performance data from sales channels for strategic planning, including scenario analysis
- Assist with annual budgeting, working with all EB team heads
- Co-ordinate and prepare various performance/management information and dashboard reports
- Assist with the monthly & quarterly forecasting processes for EB business
- Review channel loading assumptions for expense overrun/underrun calculations and provide update to actuarial team as needed
- Gather information for client expense ratio analysis
- Assist with monthly expense and profitability analysis
- Complete ad hoc analysis as needed to drive the business decision-making process
Job Requirements
- University degree with over 8 years work experience and strong track record of driving customer growth strategies in financial services, management consulting or related industry, at least 5 years of which in a strategic role in Employee Benefit and Business Development.
- Strong background in Insurance product and/or distribution channels would be preferred.
- Highly effective in influencing and motivating stakeholders across a variety of disciplines to drive the right commercial outcomes
- Demonstrated impeccable judgement based on data analysis and insights to identify trends, tell compelling stories and drive decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and to translate ambiguous concepts into action plans.
- Excellent written and presentation skills on both Chinese and English
