Job Description & Summary

A career within Customer Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients design customer strategies that address the customers’ underlying needs and desired outcomes. We help build bridges between digital and analogy mediums, delivering personal and contextual experiences powered by technology and analytics, and driving the total experience by engaging the customer, product, partner, and employee experiences.

具体职责
1、担任项目经理或大项目模块负责人：负责项目现场管理，项目过程沟通，项目技术思路框架， 项目团队管理，项目交付，项目收款，文件备档，结项总结复盘等；
2、支持项目开发工作： 协助撰写项目建议书，招投标过程管理等；
3、项目团队管理： 项目交付过程中，为项目成员提供指导和技术帮助，提供即时反馈，结项时为项目成员做出客观评价；
4、知识分享：定期做知识分享，为团队新成员提供培训等；
5、其他为业务线整体和公司的贡献。

任职资历
教育水平-研究生以上学历；
专业知识或证书-工商管理、人力资源管理专业优先；
从业资格-管理咨询从业经验，熟悉金融行业，有金融行业成功项目经历不少于3个，有组织管控、组织设计、组织转型项目经验不少于2个；
工作年限-5年及以上相关工作经验。

工作协作关系
内部协作关系-金融行业各模块的协作支持，包括战略、风险、财务、IT等。
外部协作关系-税务、审计、交易等。
