This exciting role offers opportunity to: Manager – NPD is responsible for executing new product design and VAVE projects for 1Ph & 3Ph UPS. Generate innovative ideas to develop new products and features. Should be able to identify digital electronics, power electronics and PCB level improvements, VAVE opportunities and execute projects. Should follow Eaton PROLaunch process to ensure the project deliverables such as technical performance, cost, quality and schedule are met. Responsible for resolving field failures with RCA performed at PCBA level. Facilitate and provide technical support to quality and testing teams for Factory Acceptance Tests as per customer needs. Support customization requirements for both 1Ph and 3Ph UPS. Closely work with Eaton R&D facilities to identify applicable ECOs and implement using ECN process. Should quickly identify alternate parts for electronic acomponents. Qualifications Requirement: B. Tech or BE-Electrical/ Electronics Min.10 years on Electronics and Power Electronic Related Products Technical: Good knowledge of AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC converters and power devices such as IGBT, MOSFET, DIODE and Integrated circuit. Power Electronics, component technology, simulation tool, Magnetic component design, Altium Software, High level – Low level design concept , Capacitor application and optimize . Managerial: Coach, plan, target setting, Good communication, Strategy thinking, Process: Pro-Launch or any other project management tools, Risk assessment, DFSS, DFMEA Skill: Root cause analysis, Problem solving, Project handling and Presentation.
