Job Description

The Manager, Marketing & eCommerce Consulting GCM, is responsible for proactively driving marketing initiatives and optimizing digital presence for Hilton's branded properties for key area/sub-region hotels. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in marketing strategy, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. This role will deliver impactful marketing solutions and fostering collaboration with hotel and regional commercial stakeholders. As the Manager, Marketing & eCommerce Consulting, GCM, this role will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

· Proactively identify the leisure business needs of key areas, sub-regions & underperforming hotels by collaborating closely with hotel and regional commercial stakeholders.

· Provide professional consultation and support on marketing strategies and promotional plans for key areas, sub-regions & underperforming hotels, including area-level campaigns and Hilton-owned channel media initiatives.

· Execute strategic communication and engagement plans with key areas, sub-regions & underperforming hotels to align with regional Marketing & eCommerce initiatives as well as hotel business needs efficiently.

· Conduct marketing data analysis to evaluate the performance of Hilton's digital channels and provide optimization suggestions based on data insights and regional marketing campaign calendars.

· Work closely with regional marketing experts to develop customized Marketing & eCommerce solutions, including but not limited to Hilton-owned media, social media, and e-commerce platform opportunities, aligned with related hotels/areas' USPs and leisure business needs.

· Monitor the impact of recommended Marketing & eCommerce actions using performance dashboards or tools, and provide insights on performance metrics by channel, geography, hotel, areas, and sub-region.

· Ensure optimal representation of key hotels on Hilton Digital Direct Channels and third-party sites.

· Lead and develop content creation processes for key areas, sub-regions to enhance the overall experience on Hilton's digital direct channels.

· Engage with key stakeholders, including key hotels' commercial teams, Area GMs, and regional commercial stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment, driving marketing excellence, and achieving business objectives.

· Perform any additional reasonable ad-hoc tasks or new responsibilities as assigned.

· Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, communicate strategic plans, and deliver persuasive presentations.

· Extensive experience in overseeing and coordinating projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery of marketing initiatives.

· Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment towards common goals.

· In-depth knowledge and experience in marketing and ecommerce practices, with a focus on driving digital engagement and conversion.

· Proficiency in analyzing data at both regional and hotel levels to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing performance.

· Proactive capability in identifying opportunities based on local market insights and regional marketing & ecommerce media resources to drive innovative marketing strategies.

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools for data analysis, reporting, and presenting strategic plans.

· Minimum Years of Experience: 5
