Consult and support Brilliance Marketing Organization on Middle & Top Management Level (VPs, Chairman), including:

• Marketing Communication (ATL, BTL) on central, regional and dealer level
• PR Communication

- Product Management (Launch- & Lifecycle management; Input product strategy)

Responsibilities:

• Consult and support the Marketing Management of Brilliance Auto on Middle & Top Management Level (VPs, Chairman).？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？
• Develop and implement Marketing Processes to improve Brilliance Auto sales.
• Support the implementation of all decided measures and track the success.
• Prepare proposal and decisions for the relevant Marketing tasks and present it to different decision boards with different management levels, including VPs and Chairman.
• Support Marketing- and Budget process in Brilliance Auto.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？
• Develop Dealer Marketing for BRI dealers.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？
• Analyze needs for change in the Brilliance OEM organization. Develop change concepts, achieve management approvals, support the implementation and measure the success.
• Mentoring and coaching of Brilliance associates to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Lead BMW Marketing team and control/steer external support resources.
• Other additional contingent tasks and projects assigned by line manager.

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor degree in Economics or comparable.
• High level of seniority and management acceptance towards BRI Top Management (VPs, Chairman).
• Experience in automotive industry.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？
• Expert knowledge in Marketing & PR Communication and Product Management.
