A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.Our Design and Innovation team works to develop a positive visual representation of the PwC brand. As part of our team, you’ll be helping the team with brand messaging, creative and strategic design, and innovative design compliance that aligns with the PwC brand.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to plan and deliver marketing strategy through event initiative which plays a key role in driving client engagement for the firm, event format including but not limited to conferences, seminar, road show, demonstration, or exhibition;
- Develop every impactful event through well planning and ideation, to translate objective and message into event theme, design, interaction, and experience;
- Able to implement with innovative technology to digitalise the audience experience and enlarge coverage of engagements beyond live interaction;
- Stay on the trends of technology and event format/application to provide recommendations for innovation;
- End-to-end event project lead & coordination: identify proper scope, ideation with message, event flow & rundown planning, logistics arrangement, cross-team coordination, working flow & resources management, budget planning & control, vender sourcing & management, execution & post-event analysis;
- Collaborate with other M&C functional teams to deliver a cohesive marketing event;
- Evaluate program impact and outcomes to plan for continuous success;
- Reporting Line;
- Head of Marketing and Communications, Mainland China and Hong Kong;
- Creative Director, Creative Solutions, Marketing and Communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above;
- Minimum six years of event coordination experience;
- Experience in leading different scale/scope of team/project;
- Strong project management skill;
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation within event field;
- Multitasking in a dynamic working environment under time pressure;
- Passionate to market trends and new technology;
- Experience on managing and work with agencies;
- Good team player, strong communications ability, and problem solving skill;
- Ability to communicate in English and fluent in Mandarin.
