• Accountable for top-line and bottom line results of a GI business team
• Drive and motivate the team to achieve profitable business growth and other business targets
• Monitor and control the team to deliver quality underwriting and customer services to the designed Agents and Brokers
• Ensure the team to comply with the company's underwriting guidelines and legal & compliance measures
• Responsible for the team's overall performance
• Responsible for ad-hoc tasks & projects as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in business administration or insurance related disciplines
• At least 10 years' experience in GI underwriting or business development with minimum 3 years' experience at manager level
• Solid knowledge of GI underwriting and local intermediary distribution channel
• Qualified IIQE paper 1,2 or ACII or Senior Associate of ANZII or other related professional insurance qualifications is preferred
• Team player with great initiative, positive and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
