The Learning and Development Manager will support the implementation of the overall Learning Strategy, Framework, Curriculum and Target Operating Model articulated for Learning and Development GSC China. The role holder is expected to have a good understanding of the Learning Strategy, Framework and Curriculum in order to drive Learning Needs Analysis and Demand Planning effectively for GSC China.
? Has a good understanding of the external environment and the businesses current and strategic agenda. Supports the implementation of the Learning Strategy for in an effective manner. Be seen as persuasive in aligning the Learning Strategy and Curriculum with the learning needs of business stakeholders.
? Measures effectiveness of learning solutions with the Business / Function. Reinforces communications on the Learning Strategy and Curriculum regularly. Is fully aware of the Group Learning Framework, Target Operating Model, Learning Curriculum and how it supports the Business Strategy and Priorities.
? Ensure any local initiatives are commercially viable and align well with the broader Learning Strategy. Deploy and monitor the delivery of group learning solutions per quality standards and timeliness.
? Deliver learning solutions to expected quality and standards to all stakeholders/learners. Demonstrate positive and proactive engagement with all staff levels on learning challenges and issues.
? Take on a consulting approach to provide guidance and support to stakeholders and team. Works closely with regional Learning and Development teams to understand site initiatives and solutions to address challenges and issues faced. Effectively manages resources / spend within budget for own and team activities.
? Be aware of the Operational Risk scenarios associated with the role and act mindfully. Maintains HSBC internal control standards including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators. Support vendor management at the site by monitoring compliance and ensuring potential risks are managed well.
任职资格:
? Computer literate and proficient with MS applications e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Lotus Notes. Excellent written and presentation skills
? Operational experience / Strong knowledge in banking and financial services will be beneficial
? Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels. Excellent training delivery / facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders / learners
? Is performance driven and results oriented. Is self-motivated with strong sense of self-discipline
? Willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs. Able to adapt to evolving and changing priorities. Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment
