Job Description

Major Responsibilities

  • Responsible for 20-25 national account customers in every business aspect.? Exploit opportunities of acquiring large corporate accounts through high level networking to realize volume growth for the brand
  • Act as the single direct interface to large corporate customers in the responsible area. Conduct joint visits to customers with dealers. Find routes to reach purchase decision makers and key influencers.? Actively strengthen relationship with customer by various follow-up activities
  • Roll out systematic prospecting to potential customers through all kinds of channels. Create weekly prospecting report to update senior manager the sales status.
  • Build solid relationships with national accounts to utilize their internal systems & platforms to promote our brand & products, e.g.: intranet, email, newspaper and WeChat, etc.? Follow with series of marketing activities with dealers to generate sales results
  • Responsible for the potential analysis for the responsible area and obtain market intelligence of competitors' activities and report to the senior manager
  • Assisting dealers to implement the local marketing activities for the responsible key account, increase sales volume of key accounts, build market share and ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Other task assigned by line manager.????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????

Qualifications

  • University degree?
  • Understanding of BMW corporate philosophy and image
  • BMW product knowledge
  • Negotiating skills
  • Knowledge of the structure and culture of different industries
  • Proficient English
  • Communication
  • Interpersonal savvy - ability to develop personal networking within target industry and build rapport with customers quickly.
