The HKUST EMBA Program (Bilingual Program for Chinese Executives) attracts Chinese-speaking senior executives from Asia, in particular, the Greater China area, with diverse cultural backgrounds and in-depth knowledge of their own unique business environments. The Program provides an opportunity for them to exchange their views on topics of common interest while learning from the School’s internationally recognized scholars.
Reporting to the Head of the Program, the Manager will be responsible for all aspects of administration of the program. The key responsibilities include program operation management, course materials preparation, faculty liaison, student academic affairs handling, program scheduling and planning, event management etc. Besides, he/she will work closely with the Heads and faculties to support program delivery.
Applicants should possess a degree with at least 7 years of work experience, preferably a master’s degree with substantial relevant professional experience. He/She should be organized, helpful and a good team player. The ideal candidate should have a good track record in running post-graduate degree programs and the ability to work under pressure to produce high quality work to satisfy demanding business executives. High proficiency in both English and Chinese and fluency in Putonghua is a must. Working outside normal office hours is required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
