1. Manage a group of Analysts and Senior Analysts;
1.1. Span is usually about 10-20 people, reporting to the Assistant Vice President
1.2. Responsible for overall account management for 1 key large account
1.3. Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment and thought leadership for the group.
1.4. Freedom to develop your group the way you want to. You can build expertise in new domains and processes that are of relevance to Evalueserve.
2. Coaching and mentoring
2.1. As a career manager, you will be required to mentor 10-15 Senior Analysts. This is an active role in the career of the people you are mentoring
2.2. Take initiative and ownership of training modules and provide thought leadership to analysts
3. Other initiatives
3.1. Since Evalueserve is a rapidly growing firm, there are several internal challenges to streamline the processes and systems. You will have ample opportunities to take initiatives. These include infrastructure management, knowledge management, PR activities etc.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor/Master/MBA with a specialization in Finance.
2. Sound understanding of financial statements, extensive exposure to financial model building, knowledge of different valuation metrics, and exposure to financial writing.
3. Additional qualification like CA/ International CFA / Engineering would be an added advantage though not mandatory.
4. Knowledge of database like Bloomberg, Reuters will also be given additional weightage.
5. Good at project and client management.
