THE COMPANY

My client is a leading financial services group with offices over globally. Their private equity business mainly invests in enterprises with stable businesses and growth potential. Because of their growing business, they are looking for a Finance Manager for their Performance Management team to support their business.

THE ROLE

Reporting into the CFO, working closely with the business, please find the key responsibilities below:

• Develop analytics and produce concise, summarized reports to facilitate management decision making and results measurement;
• Prepare annual funding plans;
• Prepare financials/projections for new business development opportunities;
• Assist in senior management to provide presentation materials and relevant data for broad meeting/ head office requirement;
• Handling some Ad hoc projects.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
• At least 6+ years of working experience in Banking/ Performance Management/ Asset management.
• Self-motivated with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
