A career in our Financial Accounting practice, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.Our team provides our clients with customised accounting services based on their in house needs and current International Financial Reporting Standards (International Financial Reporting Standards) guidelines. You’ll work with our team to provide specialist advice and training in areas such as financial instruments, business combinations, pensions and share schemes, listings, corporate treasury, company secretarial and corporate governance.

Job Responsibilities
- Search for high quality start-up projects
- Build good working relationship with VC/PE
- Analyse and assess start-up companies’ potential growth from industrial, financial, and future development perspectives
- Manage the whole financing process and deliver business transaction
- Go to market and promote FA services
- Build up team and coach team members
Requirements
- Educated to at least degree level, master/MBA is preferred
- At least 3-5 years of experience
- Rich experience in FA services with abundant investor resources and networking
- Excellent understanding of VC/PE investment industry with good working relationship with different investment channels
- High execution ability to deliver client services
- Fluent Mandarin and English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Confident with a strong business sense and active in business development
- Excellent project management skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- A team leader who is able to lead different teams efficiently for multiple tasks in the same time
- Be mature, proactive, committed, motivated with strong sense of teamwork
- Flexible and adaptable
- Qualification of Fund Practitioners is preferred
