Job Description
Main purpose of the job:
To grow digital-originated sales for AXA Hong Kong and Macau; both on AXA-owned platforms as well as partners' platforms:
- Crafting and launching an AXA Marketplace by end 2020
- Defining & implementing the strategy, as well as offers and campaigns to animate AXA digital sales channels ongoing and evolving the AXA Marketplace continuously, with the main objective to grow Digital-originated sales (both pure online and online-to-offline sales)
- Supporting the launch of new digital partners' opportunities, jointly with relevant Business teams
Key Accountabilities:
- Product Ownership of AXA Marketplace
- Define and craft the future AXA Marketplace, targeted to launch before end 2020, define proposition and user journeys, based on customer research
- Manage the implementation of the Marketplace, following Agile methodology and practices, participating in the scrum team as product owner to represent Business and Customers voice and interface with technology teams
- Define and implement the launch strategy with Marketing and Business teams
- Define and supervise ongoing evolutions of the Marketplace after launch
- Manage a team of Business Analysts
- Digital Sales Channel management
- Define the strategy to enable growth of Digital-Originated Sales for AXA, especially how different channels and partners bring value to AXA and making sure Digital Channels support overall company's objectives
- Define and implement campaigns and promotions plan as well as relevant triggers and customer journeys to animate the Digital Sales Channels, in collaboration with Business Units, Marketing and Data teams
- Implement dynamic personalization as a key enabler to boost engagement usage and sales conversion
- Define a model for ongoing management of the Marketplace and rules of engagement
- Track & report on Digital-Originated Sales results for AXA to seek for continuous optimization
- Ensure communication and training to relevant stakeholders
- Digital Sales Channel management
- Define the strategy to enable growth of Digital-Originated Sales for AXA, especially how different channels and partners bring value to AXA and making sure Digital Channels support overall company's objectives
- Define and implement campaigns and promotions plan as well as relevant triggers and customer journeys to animate the Digital Sales Channels, in collaboration with Business Units, Marketing and Data teams

Requirements:
- 7+ years of successful experience in Digital field, with a background in Marketplace or Loyalty Scheme and Online Sales Management, as well as Product Ownership experience
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services industry is preferred
- Curious, customer focused and data-driven, with can-do attitude to act as change agent
- Strong influencing skills to drive forward Digital Channel focus within the organization whilst best understanding and serving our business needs
- Good team player, able to work in a diverse team as well as collaborate cross-functionally
- Able to motivate and manage a team to deliver best results, in a cross-functional structure
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Digital Sales Channel
