Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize all Company websites and apps to improve usability, user-friendliness and security
• Revamp and maintain the websites that are always mobile-friendly and multi-platform ready
• Act as administrator of the websites / apps
• Monitor and analyze site and app performance (e.g. traffic and conversions path) by Google Analytics / Firebase and make optimization recommendation
• Implement A/B testing and manage Tealium Tag, GTM and Media Tag
• Analyze the site / app layouts, structure, map, URL structure, HTML coding, navigation systems, SEO / ASO etc for optimizing so as to improve the search rankings and enhance the visibility of the websites and apps
• Ensure websites are compatible across different browsers / devices and responsible for website testing, bug fixing and deployment
• Assist in Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation and AI Machine learning for Next Best Actions

Requirements

• University degree holder in Computer Science, Design or related disciplines
• At least 6-8 years of experience as a Webmaster, App or Web Developer with working knowledge of website management tools, WordPress
• Solid knowledge of web analytics, Google Analytics, SEO, Google Tag Manager, knowledge of Tealium Tag is preferable
• Proficient in HTML / CSS, HTTP, XML, knowledge of SQL and JavaScript is preferred
• Strong business acumen and exhibits strong balance of creativity and analytical skills
• Good team player with outstanding interpersonal, problem solving and organization skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel Pivot Table
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
