Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and requirements to IT teams, web and app developers to improve the digital data capture and data quality for data analytics
  • Help to manage and develop big data platform, data integration, ETL with data warehouse, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and BI platform
  • Verify and report Google Analytics data against backend & third party partner services data to ensure correctness & accuracy
  • Analyse web and mobile app traffic, performance of different digital platforms and user behaviour, and generate usage and trend reports & data visualisation to help different stakeholders and top management to understand trends and patterns for useful business insights.
  • Perform data analytics for ChatBot platform, including structured data (KPI, dashboard) and unstructured data (text analytics for chatbot transcript to understand the trend and identify the insight)
  • Develop automation platform for regular business performance reports
  • Recommend A/B testing for digital platform owners to continuously optimize our digital assets
  • Recommend and implement new tools & technologies to keep up with best-in-class practices for digital analytics
  • Help define/ recommend the business KPIs based on data e.g. digital footprints & data lake
  • Work closely with Digital Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, IT teams, Marketing team and Business Units to implement the action plans

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Data Engineering, Computer Science, E-Commerce or related discipline
  • Experience in data engineer in big data platform, data warehouse and BI platform
  • Solid knowledge of SQL/Tableau/SAS; PowerBI and reporting tools; Google Tag Manager; Google Analytics; A/B testing tools
  • Minimum of 3 years of web & App analytics and optimization experience and 6 years of working experience in related field
  • Solid experience in monitoring and analysing website and mobile app performance (e.g. traffic, behaviour, conversions path, etc).
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Digital Analytics
