We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Customer Experience Strategy .
Principal responsibilities
  • Support Senior Customer Experience Strategy Manager to identify service gaps in customer experience touchpoints and develop reinforcement initiatives to uplift skills and knowledge of frontline staff
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in divisions and streams to understand branch challenges and customer painpoints and provide insights for training development

Qualifications

Requirements
  • University graduate with solid frontline experience in retail banking
  • High English proficiency with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Customer centric, detail oriented and strive for excellence
  • Previous exposure to corporate training, coaching and marketing is an advantage
