We are looking for an experienced brand communication strategist to join our global creative studio as Manager, Copywriter to help generate, execute and produce great ideas. A strategic thinker, who understands branding and is able to address business challenges creatively by developing communication based on clear insights and data.
As a Manager, Copywriting, we rely on you to:
- Define a consistent voice and tone for the brand across multiple channels
- Ideate and create impactful and memorable communication pieces for a dynamic spectrum of internal clients and functional teams
- Lead the ideas and concept development of complex projects including – strategy, narrative, and production of copy at scale
- Lead brainstorms, and encourage the team to explore and develop new concepts and ideas
- Develop concepts and solutions based on creative briefs and business strategies
We are looking for someone who:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in English and/or Chinese
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a global agency/ journalism/luxury brand setting
- Experience working on new business presentations and preparing creative themes and taglines
- Excellent writing and editing skills with demonstrated experience in conceptual writing in marketing or advertising, Web, product, brand messaging and promotional copy
- Strong cultural understanding of Mainland China, local copy writing laws and master of Mandarin word-play is required
