Job Purpose:

We are looking for a high caliber candidate to work with business units, IT team and vendors to drive IT deliverables and act as a key enabler to proactively bring value-added IT solutions to support the growth of business and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage application projects according to framework of PMP, Agile and/or Scrum
• Arrange and execute project activities of user requirement collections, business analysis, process streamlining, application and user experience design, security evaluation and assessment, UAT, data migration, deployment, etc.
• Evaluate IT solution proposals and prepare RFP, RFQ documents
• Keep track maintenance contract from vendors and manage external vendors, suppliers and contractors to ensure quality deliverables
• Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide on-going support (BAU) for existing application systems
• Perform programming work if required

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Science or Systems Engineering
• Minimum 6 - 8 years’ of relevant working experience in IT application and development, of which 2-3 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst
• Experience in using PMP, Agile methodology and/or Scrum with corresponding certificate(s) is preferred
• Experienced in developing and supporting various business applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, HR, workflows, and data analytic applications, etc.)
• Understanding of prevailing applications and cloud PaaS, API, data analysis and web technologies
• Familiar with best practices in application security
• Strong experience in vendor management and influencing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in both English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
