Work you'll do:
? Working with your clients to understand their functional and technical requirements to engineer solutions to solve their business issues
? Providing your expert knowledge in SFDC to support the implementation of the product for our clients
Your role as a leader:
? Understands key objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns people to objectives and sets priorities and direction
? Influences clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people
? Delivers exceptional client service; maximizes results and drives high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
? Develops high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities
? Acts as a role model, embracing and living our purpose and values, and recognizing others for the impact they make?
Qualifications:
? 6+ years of experience in CRM products (Salesforce, SAP CRM, Oracle Sieble, MS Dynamics, etc.)
? Strong functional foundation of CRM and Integration components for CRM
? Experience Managing full lifecycle CRM enterprise implementations through completion
? Participate in sessions with Salesforce.com customers and other team members to understand Business Requirements and Business Processes Analysis.
? Liaison with clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship, ensure satisfaction with services provided, and identify opportunities for further growth.
? Superior knowledge of the HR function & processes preferred
? Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
? Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
? Up to 80% travel required
