Job Description

1. To handle Travel/Home/Personal Accident claims of various complexities.

2. To support the unit head in the management of the team by providing due guidance and training

3. To provide support in the management of associated vendors comprising loss adjusters and Emergency Assistance Services while handling a portfolio of claims for adjudication.

4. To support and provide due guidance in the handling of customer feedbacks/complaints including appeals and to liase and support the internal and external stakeholders within the organization.

5. Would have the opportunity to be involved in various projects and engagement/ad-hoc training of intermediaries

1. Preferable to have customer service experience and/or in the fields for 3-5 years with the relevant qualifications/papers.

2. Must have strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Strong team player, willing to learn, able to work independently and under tight timelines

4. Strong sense of responsibility with high level of integrity and trust

5. Having experienced in leading a team is a bonus

6. Excellent command of English and Chinese in verbal communication as well as written
