About Marketing Effectiveness
The business unit of Marketing Effectiveness in Nielsen provides solutions (MMM, MTA, Lift) in optimization of Marketing ROI, Digital marketing and test marketing by implementing regression model and advanced analytical methodology. Our major clients are top tier FMCG giants and retailers.
THE POSITION
As a Manager in Marketing Effectiveness team, you will be responsible for project management, project delivery and client relationship maintenance for local and multi-national clients in Beijing and north China.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing support to higher management by executing the business strategy and tactics to meet financial target
- Manage project from kick-off, data collection, data process, modeling and result review
- Prepare project reports and present to the client
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with key persons within client organization
- Pitching clients with existing or new solutions and prepare customized proposals
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on modeling techniques and applications
- Lead clients and expand our scope of influence to a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 to 7 year experiences in FMCG / Service / Retail / Media industry
- Excellent communication and consultative convincing skills
- Expert in data analysis or modeling
- Strong presentation skills and writing skills
- Knowledge with statistics, coding or data mining would be a plus
