Primary Responsibility:

Being responsible for areas including but not limited to prepare proposals based on client’s research needs and participant project pitch, manage project, present reports, analyze and synthesize relevant data and information based on data analytical skill and fundamental statistical knowledge, high involve solution optimizations.

Lead team to initiate social media research based on content level data from multiple sources including Weibo, BBS, WeChat, APP, video Websites, and etc., and be responsible for the quality of the report which should be accurate and insightful.

Present research findings and strategic consulting service around social media, which regarding campaign evaluation, brand tracking, consumer needs understanding, and etc.

Work with Product Leader Team, give development plan and suggestion from business perspective. Depends on clients' requests, need to have capability for customized dashboard development.

Qualification:

Bachelor/Master degree in statistics, mathematics, journalism, communications, social science and market research is preferred

4-5 years social media research experience

Have experience of leading team at least one year

Hard Skill:

Knowledge of marketing & social media research

Knowledge of statistics, research techniques, and experimental procedures

Language - fluent written and spoken English is preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Soft Skill:

Multi-task management and anti-pressure ability

Strong analytic skill with clear logic

Communications – ability to understanding and interpreting requests, excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting clear messages from complex information/data to all peers internally and externally

Good commercial sense

Continuous improvement mindset and proactive attitude

Leadership – a clear understanding and commitment to Nielsen goals and objectives, and the ability to build professional relationships with partners and team member
