Program Managers responsible for all new products phases project development, qualification till ramp up throughout their life cycles

• Lead factory cross functional teams on new projects resources definition / planning, project scheduling, executes qualification plans and deliver new product per roadmap & life cycles with budget control
• Closely work with CORP functional teams on tech requirements to ensure new product transition in time with quality
• Ensure full MFG readiness on new product smoothly ramp up
• Serve as focal contact window for new products inside and outside factory
• Maintains and leads efforts to improve our models and further, automate and optimize business processes

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Release train engineer
• Bias for action with an ability to question delays and obstacles
• Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders and champion continuous improvements initiatives
• Assist the Business in identifying and addressing risks
• Problem solve ensuring deliverables are completed within commitments
• A clear understanding of Lean/Agile principles and methodologies
• Possess strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Analytical thinker who can conceptualize and think creatively
• Organized, accountable, and able to meet deadlines
• Flexible with an ability to address issues quickly and professionally
• Demonstrated experience running and facilitating enterprise-level Lean/Agile activities
• Understand technical/enablement work and work with Product teams, technical teams, and architects to assist in decision making and sequencing of the work
• Self-driven with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving operational excellence and best practices
• Highly quantitative with excellent judgment and passion for building a great customer experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of experience
