Job Description

Program Managers responsible for all new products phases project development, qualification till ramp up throughout their life cycles

  • Lead factory cross functional teams on new projects resources definition / planning, project scheduling,  executes qualification plans and deliver new product per roadmap & life cycles with budget control
  • Closely work with CORP functional teams on tech requirements to ensure new product transition in time with quality
  • Ensure full MFG readiness on new product smoothly ramp up
  • Serve as focal contact window for new products inside and outside factory
  • Maintains and leads efforts to improve our models and further, automate and optimize business processes

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent with Engineering / semi-conductor related majors
  •  8+ years related experience on NPI project management scope in IC assembly & test field
  • Be familiar with memory product or assembly process or memory product (Flipchip is preferred)
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with cross-functional core teams
  • Outstanding English communication and presentation skills
  • A proven ability to lead through influence
