Overview
The incumbent will plan, implement and evaluate a fully integrated program of marketing and communications to advance Raybow’s image, profile and reputation in support of CDMO business development in global market; the incumbent will be responsible for developing and managing execution of client interactions / campaigns to drive new client development and current client retention.
Responsibilities
Strategic planning, budgeting and program evaluation; Leads marketing and communications (national and international) planning activities including development of marketing and communications goals, objectives, strategies, and action plans; presents plans for approval;
Leads the identification, formulation and implementation of campaign design, execution, and measurement recommendations for CDMO business development;
Develops and manages the marketing and communications budget; develops metrics and standards for marketing program evaluation; reports on marketing program effectiveness and recommends and implements changes; Conducts environmental scans and competitive analyses; contributes to the development of Raybow’s strategic positioning; identifies business needs and client needs to conduct marketing activities via conferences, web, digital and other social channels; Performs gap analyses to ensure website content meets business needs and client needs – including quality/quantity assessment of the web content; web and online content audits/inventories (including regular maintenance); write and edit multimedia web and online content and provide editorial support for web content as required; Maintains an editorial calendar and strategy for web, digital and content marketing initiatives; evaluates existing and emerging social platforms such as LinkedIn, Wechat, etc.; evaluates emerging platforms such as mobile and tablets;monitor and report on metrics for web, digital initiatives; Principal project manager for all print communications; Leads the process for the assessment, review and selection of key external marketing vendors.
Qualifications
Degree in marketing or strategic communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. English, Journalism or Advertising degree preferred Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a relevant strategic marketing communications role, preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical sector Public relations experience is a strong asset Superior written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills Demonstrated expertise in positioning and brand building
Demonstrated expertise in marketing across print, digital and social platforms
Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
