Job Description:

• A two-year program consisting of 2～4 cross-function rotational assignments within the manufacture.
• Program participants strengthen their technical knowledge, processing management and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of classroom training, online training symposiums.
  

The Requirements:

• Strong academic record with a master degree in major of chemical engineering, Polymer Science or Chemical Mechanical
• Demonstrate unyielding Integrity value
• Possess outstanding leadership, practice and communication skills.
• Independent, open mind, mature, self-starter
• Fluent in English oral, writing, listening and speaking.
