JOB PURPOSE

Functional Responsibility

• The management trainee will be assigned to specific role within the organization. Depending on the company’s requirement, such postings may last for 6 months to 1 year. Typical postings will cover different aspects of the business over the 2 years, including freight management, business development, sales management, etc. Through these postings, the management trainee will obtain a strong foundation in total freight forwarding management as well as general management skills.
  

Personal Capabilities & Education

• Solid communication skills in both English and Mandarin

• Positive and results oriented

• Committed and self motivated in dividual who believes and will drive for excellence

• Overseas study is a plus, pefer Spain, Demark, Sweden and Norway with ability of those languages

• Bachelor Degree or above
