As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
- Prepare deliverables
- Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
- Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
- Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand
Work with clients and project teams from China, U.S. and global locations to support project engagements
and deliverables through driving strategic and operational initiatives, implementing innovative solutions,
managing and conducting comprehensive analysis and ensuring performance meets the desired targets.
Help clients use product offerings and/or apply industry-specific solutions to solve business issues that
may involve (but not limited to) the following competencies:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business-related disciplines (business, economics, finance, marketing,
- Minimum 1 year of post-collegiate job experience (Big 4 or top management consulting firms preferred)
- Overseas experience will be desirable
- Excellent English oral and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite products such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word etc.

- Ability to demonstrate strong business and global acumen by bringing business knowledge, innovation
- Identify and apply problem-solving frameworks/skills to resolve basic business analysis challenges with
- Articulate complex issues and structure with clear and concise written documents

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable to work under pressure and deal with conflicts and ambiguity
- Experience with benchmarking, fit gap analysis, market research, surveys, business process evaluation,
- Exposure to advanced data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel (VBA), Tableau, SQL, Python
