Responsibilities:

  • Organize, coordinate and communicate important business events and customer visits, arrange major meetings and conferences.

  • Organize team monthly management meeting; invite management team members, make meeting notes and prepare meeting minutes and organize all correspondence, reports, and presentation materials;

  • Keep good liaison and communication with internal departments and external customers

  • Assist on annual budget planning and keep tracking

  • Assist on Vendor Management

  • Provide written and verbal translation as required;

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, plan and manage daily calendar and practicalities for Team Head

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in English and/or Business Administration

  • Over 5 years of working experience in similar position in multinational

    Companies.

  • Practical experience and well versed with all aspects of MS-office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Excellent communication skills, professional writing and speaking skills in both Chinese and English languages

  • Strong business-oriented drive and customer centric mindset

  • Strong interpersonal skills with friendly approach to build harmonious working relationships with customers, co-workers and the public

  • Fast-paced, proactive, co-operative and well organized;

  • Attention to details with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
