Responsibilities:
Organize, coordinate and communicate important business events and customer visits, arrange major meetings and conferences.
Organize team monthly management meeting; invite management team members, make meeting notes and prepare meeting minutes and organize all correspondence, reports, and presentation materials;
Keep good liaison and communication with internal departments and external customers
Assist on annual budget planning and keep tracking
Assist on Vendor Management
Provide written and verbal translation as required;
Provide day-to-day administrative support, plan and manage daily calendar and practicalities for Team Head
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in English and/or Business Administration
Over 5 years of working experience in similar position in multinational
Companies.
Practical experience and well versed with all aspects of MS-office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication skills, professional writing and speaking skills in both Chinese and English languages
Strong business-oriented drive and customer centric mindset
Strong interpersonal skills with friendly approach to build harmonious working relationships with customers, co-workers and the public
Fast-paced, proactive, co-operative and well organized;
Attention to details with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
