Job Description
Position Description: As Managed Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing solutions on customer’s services requirement for managed and deployments services that include installation and asset recovery/disposal services. These services are on top of the standard services portfolio, and it is required to customize solutions and make them custom-tailored. You will be working with external service partners sub-contracted by Lenovo who will your main stakeholders. The main goal is to provide a customer-facing offer considering all requirements and needs related to Managed / Deployment services, providing it in a timely manner to customer satisfaction in order to avoid escalations and trying to solve requests as soon as possible. Your customer will be Lenovo hardware sales team, Lenovo internal departments (finance, project managers), external customers and other stakeholders. You will be working across countries in EMEA and reporting to the Director of Professional Service. Your main responsibilities will be: \- Provide Lenovo Solution offering for Managed and Deployment services and Asset recovery services \- Managing external service partner (regular calls, business reviews) \- Maintaining pipeline of services opportunities, preparing reports, monthly / quarterly services revenue forecasts \- Handling calls to propose solutions and services to internal Lenovo teams and provide response to customers \- Tracking ongoing projects \- Working on documentations: preparing Statement of Work for customer projects, Services Proposals \- Supporting on-boarding of new service partners \- Enablement and set-up of new services \- Team support: Training new colleagues and members of team, back-up, ad hoc reports, presentations \- Bring new ideas how to increase upsell /services sales revenue #### Position Requirements: \- Effective communication skills \- Prompt and proactive actions \- Strong focus on E2E ownership \- Effective management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, services/partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management \- Experience leading large deals especially those complex deployment solutions \- Advanced MS Excel skills are preferable \- Fluent English is a requirement The role is a maternity backfill until December 2021. Base gross monthly salary from 1.500 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
