• 负责在职责内的各项工作，包括EHS，5S及根本原因分析; Responsibility of all activities within the function, including EHS, 5S and RCA;
• 负责对修理工厂的高效的资源管理，包括自有人力，物料以及承包商Responsible for effectively managing the resources within the Workshop Central services function, including own labour, materials and subcontractors
• 确保有效完成工作，包括使用计算机维护管理系统进行各种工作的管理; Ensure effective completion of work including capturing of information into the (CMMS) Computerised Maintenance Management System;
• 作为团队的一部分，具有动手能力，并能够带领自有人力和承包商进行快速的技能提升; Execute “hands on” work as part of the team and ensure a rapid skills improvement happens within the whole workshop team, including own labour and subcontractors
• 全权负责开发备件维修的流程和方法End-to-end responsibility for developing the rotable spares repair process and methods
• 负责开发标准的维修SOP，并确保团队执行到位Responsible for ensuring SOP’s for the standard repairs are developed, implemented and followed by all employees within the function
• 具备立足于公司层面的开拓创新精神，能够组织实施并使修理工厂的技术及商务方面业务顺畅Entrepreneurial mindset, able to handle both the technical and commercial aspects of the workshop business
• 具备团队意识和服务大局意识，能够确保工厂维修团队为一个整体Ensuring a strong service provider culture is implemented within the whole function, with the mill area maintenance teams being the number one customer;
• 按照Quant的愿景和使命声明开展业务; Conduct business in line with the vision and mission statements of Quant;
