Duties

General tasks:

？ Create, update and ensure the execution of maintenance plans

？ Develop and implement routine preventive maintenance of core production components.

？ Coordination of cooperation between the staff of the workshop and external companies

？ Assistance in monitoring the operational environmental protection and safety facilities

？ Monitoring the implementation of investment and repair projects in cooperation with the operational planning department and the senior plant engineer

？ Monitoring of scheduled maintenance dates and ensuring correct execution

？ Monitoring of the daily repair work and organization of the workshop staff in coordination with the operational disposition so that this work can be carried out effectively

？ Make sure that all equipment and machines in the area of ??responsibility are safe in terms of safety

？ Transfer of the requirements for work safety, safe handling of machines, etc. to the employees in the area of ??responsibility

？ Coordinate the rapid resolution of related problems such as equipment troubleshooting.

？ Lead the maintenance team to provide training programs and related guidance for maintenance personnel.

？ If necessary, do the job of the electric or mechanic engineer
