Main Duties of the Jobholder

1. Periodically conducts competency assessments of subordinates and ensuring objectivity is maintained.

2. Supervise daily maintenance activities in related sector.

3. Manage the maintenance team.

4. Set up working process for the maintenance team.

5. Set up preventive maintenance plan and carry out it.

6. Seek and obtain necessary resources for the maintenance and repair works in related sector.

7. Supervise subcontract repairs and inspects their repairs when complete.

8. Fully understands and is proactive to implement the company HSE policy, philosophy and procedures are followed.

9. Documents management of equipment & machinery.

10. Make training plan for the team and implementation of the plan.

11. Communicate with production team for coordination, knowing customer's needs.

12. Involve in the production quality improvement project.

13. Support the equipment modification projects.

14. Ensure safety in the maintenance works.

15. Maintenance cost control.

16. Oversees spare parts inventory control.

17. Maintain and continuously improve HSE management system in the area.

X). Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company.

Essential:

Excellent in mechanical & electrical maintenance

Fluent in both oral and written English

Good communication skill and team work spirit

At least 7 years experience in related equipment and machinery maintenance

Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related
