? Ensure all operations and maintenance activities are executed properly and in time.

? Plan maintenance activities on day to day basis.

? Reporting performance on daily basis.

? Prepares and implements maintenance plans in our Maximo maintenance management system, including asset tree, inventory management, performance dashboards, reports, etc.

? Leading system regular PI & PCM activities by using IBM Maximo and relevant tools.

? Uses and develops analysis methods for determining maintenance demands for components, equipment, and systems. Acquires maintenance data and analyses the data to optimize maintenance plans.

? Prepares diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations, and reports for avoiding maintenance delays and to reduce operational impacts. Makes recommendations for improvements of the assets.

? Available to the engineers to advice and support.

? Translates maintenance concepts into executable and effective maintenance plans.

? Develops, implements and trains standard operating procedures.

? Communicate observations to relevant stakeholders.

? Take lead role in training and familiarization of less experiences maintenance engineers.

? Take ownership to ensure that area is clean and hazard free.

? Responsible for the contractors permit to work and sign offs.

? Isolating activities to ensure that work can be carried out safely for all parties (maintenance engineers and third parties).

? Manage and co-ordinate the management of third party interests when undertaking specialist operations, maintenance or repair activities on their shift.

? Conducts an analysis and advice on maintainability for modified or new systems and support maintenance planners and technicians in execution of maintenance plans.

Qualification and abilities

? Bachelor or above degree in engineering or relevant technical background.

? Minimal 5 years experiences in electro mechanical field.

? Minimal 2 years team leader experiences for engineering teams.

? Team builder experiences for working crews.

? Read and write the English and local language.

? Proper communication capabilities.

? Knowledge of products and tools used for common industrial automation.

? Able to lead multi-disciplinary teams for developing maintenance plans.

? Knowledge of and experience with IBM Maximo or equivalent CMM.

? Excellent reporting, presentation, verbal and oral communication skills in English and local language.
