Essential Duties and Responsibilities. This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.
- Site Maximo Trainer
- Keeper of Training Records and User Authorization Forms
- Local Admin User Management
- Enter New and Revised Job Plans, PMs and Calibrations for Production and Dissolving from approved SDTs.
- Assign numbers to new assets and set-up assets in Maximo.
- Coach and support.
- Month-end Calibration/PM metrics
- Revise due dates for weekly calibrations.
- Run and post color group PM schedules.
- Run and post PU/Service pm schedules.
- Meet w/ vendors for pre-work to external calibrations to review/approve data sheets. Assess vendor data from calibrations prior to their departure. Enter vendor data into Maximo.
- Assist in providing data for maintenance planning and staffing assessment.
- Create data sheets for single sensor calibrations.
- Enter calibration data for Engineers who aren’t in Maximo.
- Create SDT and route documents for requesting new or revised PMs/Calibrations in Maximo.
- Participate in Calibration planning and tracking for devices calibrated externally.
- Set up new calibrated M&TE devices in Maximo.
- Must be able to work in an environment without daylight / windows.
- Ascends/descends ladders to access machinery.
- Lifting and/or moves up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move in excess of 50 pounds using lifting aids, techniques, or appropriate assistance.
- Duties may require overtime work, including nights and weekends.
- Use of hands and fingers to manipulate equipment is required.
- Requires standing, walking, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing and crawling.
- Strong knowledge and at least 2 years of experience with all facets of IBM Maximo (including Asset Management, Work Order Management, Scheduling, Inventory Management, Purchasing and Materials Management).
- Experience with Maximo to SAP interfaces considered an asset.
- Thorough understanding of Maintenance Management business processes.
- Experience with Maximo Anywhere and other Maximo Mobile technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Must have at least 5-7 years of Maintenance experience and 2 years Maximo application experience either through formal education, internship, or work experience.
