Maintenance Planner, Mercedes, Buenos Aires
The Job owner is responsible for planning and scheduling the tasks of the technical maintenance team at the Mercedes plant, seeking to improve the reliability of the assets, at the lowest possible cost and prioritizing preventive maintenance activity.
What are we looking for?
- Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineer and / or related.
- +2 year of experience in similar positions in industrial companies.
- Intermediate – advanced in English
- Sap Management (Desirable)
- Advanced Excel
- Good interpersonal relationships and approachability
- Planning and organizing
- Priority Setting
What would be your key activities?
- Generate, review and update preventive maintenance plans for the site
- Plan and organize scheduled maintenance shutdowns in the different areas
- Generate and communicate weekly maintenance schedules
- Assign own resources and contractors to comply with maintenance programs
- Capture the maintenance needs of operational areas
- Generate work standards
- Implement actions of PSIF and SIRB security plans
- Execution control of maintenance Near Misses
- Lead CAPA analysis and actions related to maintenance
- Monitoring of the instrument calibration plan
- Control execution of the predictive maintenance plan
- Preparation of daily, weekly, periodic and annual KPIs maintenance team.
