The Challenge:

• The quick development of China's industrialization process and new technology leads to the high difficulty and high precision machinery repair technology, which requires a mechanic in technology in repair refine on, when carefully.

• Repair with various risk, need to understand the risks of repair, also need to understand the material and technological risk, prevent accidents to be happen

• A special complexity is given due to the fact that equipment of the different units on site need to be maintained, including utilities, labs and offices, WWT, feed mill and animal house equipment

  
  

The Position:

• Ensure all maintenance work is done in accordance with the DSM SHE & Security &Q requirements, good practises and legal standards and requirements. 确保在符合DSM SHE&Security&Q要求、良好的实践和法律标准要求下完成所有的维修工作。

• Set-up, implement and execute corrective and preventive maintenance plan and carry-out relevant maintenance activities to ensure functionality of the site and to support all units of the site. Organize maintenance work according to plan. 设置、实施和实行纠正和预防性维修计划并贯彻相关的维护活动以确保场地的功能性并支持场地的所有单位，根据计划组织维修工作

• Execute SOP’s for all relevant maintenance work on site and for contractor work, execute work by using the adequate PPE and ensure that other staff or contractors are also using the necessary PPE. 执行对所有相关的维修工作现场和承包商工作执行SOP,使用适当的个人防护用品,并确保其他员工或承包商也使用必要的个人防护用品来执行工作

• Execute appropriate use of work permits, hot work permit, permit for entrance into confined space, JSA, LOTOTO for maintenance work independent whether the work is performed by himself, operational staff or contractors. Support SHE function to train and supervise contractors with regard to safety and security. 正确使用工作许可证,动火工作许可证,进入密闭空间许可证,JSA,LOTOTO等维修作业是否由他自己,操作人员或承包商执行。支持SHE的培训工作和监督承包商的安全和安保

• Be responsible for maintenance of all safety equipment on site to ensure their validity at all moments.负责维护所有现场安全设备以确保其有效性。

• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and appropriate cleaning and housekeeping is done. 确保设备的正常维护和适当的工作场所整洁

• Follow-up maintenance contracts with supplier or adequate external companies and organize external maintenance according to requirements. Make sure maintenance service can be provided in time. Maintain a good relationship to contractors and supervise their work quality, efficiency and safety performance. 后续维护合同与供应商或足够的外部公司根据需求和组织外部的维护。确保及时提供维修服务。保持一个良好的关系承包商和监督他们的工作质量、效率和安全性能

• Support SHE&Quality officer to organize inspection of equipment as required e.g. for balances, forklifts, safety valves etc.) and to get the necessary work permits and to be compliant with internal and legal requirements and standards. 支持SHE&Quality主任以组织检查设备如平衡、叉车、安全阀等并获得必要的工作许可证同时符合内部要求和法律的要求和标准

• Responsible that adequate technical archives are maintained including the specifications of the equipment, updated technical documents, PID’s and maintenance records etc. to ensure long-term functionality of the site equipment . 负责适当的技术档案维护包括设备的规格、更新技术文档,PID和维护记录等,以确保长期的现场设备的功能性

• Participate and work in accordance with a continuous improvement program on site and participate in the preparation of new technical investments with regard to technical specifications and requirements. 参与和工作现场按照持续改进计划和参与的制备新技术投资对技术规格和要求

• Support units on site by organizing specific trainings for maintenance of equipment as required. 支持单位在现场通过组织具体培训维护所需的设备

• Make sure that after repair or maintenance the equipment is correct functioning before operation starts. 确保在维修或保养设备操作开始之前可以正确的操作

• Strictly implement and execute management of change to avoid risks. 严格实施和执行变更管理,以避免风险

• Respond in an appropriate way to urgencies and propose safe solutions for work to be done in unexpected situations. 妥善应对危机并提出安全解决方案在意想不到的情况下工作

• Prepare annual budget with regard to maintenance and energy consumption, consistent with the site maintenance plan, and after approval manage the budget and control expenses. 准备年度预算关于维护和能源消耗,符合网站维护计划,批准后管理预算和控制费用

• Analyse equipment performance using root cause analysis and propose small projects to improve the reliability of the equipment and / or to initiate energy saving in collaboration with the other site functions. 分析设备性能使用根本原因分析和提出小项目来提高设备的可靠性和/或启动节能与其他场地合作的功能

• Ensure timely purchasing of MRO materials, keeping a minimum stock of critical items. Look for and develop suitable suppliers as long time contractors with Purchasing department. 确保及时的MRO采购材料,保持最低库存。寻找和开发合适的供应商与采购部门长期承包商。

• Make sure the normal and safe operation of WWTP equipment , and responsible for daily operation and equipment maintenance supervision ,ensure spare parts and effective management and registration. 保持废水处理站设备正常安全运行，并负责日常操作和设备维护监督,确保备品备件有效管理并登记。

• As MSA&FMEA leader, organize site equipment MSA&FMEA discuss. 作为场地MSA&FMEA的领导，组织场地MSA&FMEA讨论。

• The site is in emergency situations, as a coordinator of the site energy control. 场地遇到紧急情况，作为场地能源协调人员。

The Ideal:

• Technical school or above or long experience in maintenance function

• 3+ years working experience in maintenance function preferably in industrial or agricultural environment

• Very good technical understanding

• Basic English skills (write and read) preferred (optional)

• Good communication and organizational skills

• High level of autonomy, structured approach

• Team player

• Sense of urgency

• Computer skills and able to work with software like Office and SAP

• Certificate for electricians, welding certificate

• Good skills in mechanics
