• Degree in Construction / Surveying / Engineering / Building Services or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years solid construction / maintenance / estate management experience with not less than 5 years in management level
• Sound knowledge in Minor Works submission and tender documents preparation
• Assign & supervise team leaders to different estates or projects
• Analyze & resolve maintenance cases, train team leaders & members
• Review on construction methods, materials usage & maintenance cases and meet with the construction / clerk of works / estate management teams periodically for improvement in resolving problems and eliminate future mishaps
• Evaluate team members’ and sub-contractors’ performance and provide suitable trainings for different parties periodically
• Experience in property handover will be an advantage
• An all-round leader with excellent interpersonal, communication and customer services skills to manage a team of 50
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
