电气维修经理 Maintenance Manager

Job Description
Your mission:
lead and manage equipment reliability maintenance team.
Reporting Line:
report to Maintenance Dept. Manager
sub-team: 5 staffs, including supervisor and engineers.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up and better preventive maintenance system, through reliability maintenance principles and methodlogies;
- Provide strong trouble-shooting support in electrical maintenance field;
- Maintenance data generating/out-put/analyzing, to fig out long-term solutions;
- Spare-parts management;
- Production equipment/lines engineering projects engagement.
Key requirements:
- electrical engineering or automation related major, Bachelor degree or above;
- totally 10 years or above maintenance working experience, especially strong in electrical maintenance field, MUST familiar with Siemens PLC 300/400；
- MUST experience with continues production envirioment at least 3-5 years, such as platics, rubbers, paper manufacturing industries;
- at least 3 years maintenance leader experience, such as supervior or manager;
- good oral English - MUST.
