Job Description

加拿大大西洋四省的国际管理酒店公司代招聘岗位

工作职责:

1、与总经理一起制定预防性维护清单;完成所有预防性维护项目,并及时通知总经理设备故障或不安全设备状况。

2、每天检查一个房间,使用预防性维护程序修复、修补和完成所有问题;提供并参与必要的清理工作。

3、以安全和负责的方式维护和操作所有电动工具和设备;保持所有工作区域干净整洁。

4、在酒店内应对所有经济情况,并在需要维护的情况下随时待命(酒店提供手机);根据需要协助建立宴会区前期准备和后期散会工作。

5、经总经理批准后,协助库存、订购、再库存和组织所有物资;按照安全规则和程序,及时高效地履行所有职责,实现本职位的总体目标。


任职要求:

1、1-3年商业建筑经验,熟悉各种设备;持有有效的CPO证书;高中及以上学历,雅思达4分及以上。

2、木工、机械、管道、电气、化学和加热和冷却系统的一般知识。

3、有良好的沟通技巧、组织和分析能力。

4、体能要求(站立10% 举起20% 弯曲25% 行走30% 攀爬10% 坐5%)


MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

1.Implement a preventative maintenance list in conjunction with General Manager.

2.Complete all preventative maintenance items and advise the General Manager of any malfunction of the equipment or unsafe devices or conditions promptly.

3.One room per day to be examined and all issues repaired, touched up and finished using preventative maintenance program.

4.Maintain and operate all power tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.

5.Maintain all work areas in a clean and tidy condition.

6.Respond to all emergency situations while on property and be available for on call situations that require maintenance (cellular phone provided by hotel).

7.Provide and participate in clean up where required.

8.Assist in set up and break-down of banquet area(s) as needed.

9.Assist in the inventory, ordering, re-stocking and organization of all supplies upon approval of General Manager.

10.Provide and participate in on-the-job training.

11.Maintains safe working conditions by following safety rules and procedures and notifies management of problems where necessary.

12.Ensures hotel management is informed of all unusual problems or matters of significance.

13.Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established corporate polices and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

14.Fosters a spirit of teamwork while ensuring the department provides superior customer service to hotel employees and guests alike.

15.Maintains a favourable working relationship with all company and corporate employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.

16.At all times projects a favourable image of the hotel to the public.

17.Other duties as required.

Hotel Guests, suppliers and outside contractors.

INTERNAL CONTACTS

Management and employees at all levels from all departments.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1.General knowledge of carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, chemical and heating and cooling systems

2.High school graduate

3.Possess a valid CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certificate.

4. 1-3 years commercial building experience with a good understanding of a large variety of equipment

1.Able to plan, prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner

2.Good communication skills (both written and oral) and attention to detail

3.Good organizational and analytical abilities

4.Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as an active team member

5.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
