Main tasks主要任务:

1. Organizing the daily work of maintenance and maintenance team personnel;

组织维修和维修人员日常工作；

2. Provide the technical support and technical training of equipment, and confirm technical require of new machine with purchasing department;

提供设备相关技术的支持及培训，协助采购部门确认新引进设备的技术规格；

3. Manage spare parts of equipment, send IR to purchasing dept. based on actual situation, and be responsible for confirming equipment technical data;

管理设备备件，根据维修实际情况，向采购部门提出备件需求，并负责确认备件技术规格；

4. Applying third parties to modify and improve functional fault machine, and cooperate purchasing department to confirm technical require (if necessary, technical dept. should be involved), confirm the result of suppliers;

提出功能性故障设备的委外维修工作需求，协助采购部门进行翻新工作的技术支持（必要时技术部门应予以协助），并确认外协单位的完成情况；

5. Maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, including set-up of maintenance and repair plan and emergency plan etc.;

维护和维修机器和设备，包括制定设备维护、维修计划以及应急计划等；

6. Manage substation, compressor and boiler installations;

管理变电所、空压机、锅炉基础设施；

7. Carry out Group Policies related to Maintenance and Repair standard procedure, like weekly TPM card etc.;

贯彻执行集团设备维修、维护相关标准和流程，如周TPM卡等；

8. When there are 5 pieces and above unqualified products appear continuously or more than 5 pieces and above similar unqualified products appear within 1 hour during production, and also it caused by equipments, you should responsible for repairing it immediately;

当生产过程中连续出现5件及以上不合格品或1小时内出现5件及以上相似的不合格品时，并且确定是设备问题时，应负责立即组织维修；

9. As process owner of machine maintenance and repair, supervise the compliance with IATF 16949 system and ISO 14001 system requirements; review competences and responsibilities; identify training requirements; set quality targets; prepare and manage corrective and preventive actions; 作为设备维护维修过程负责人，监督遵守IATF16949体系和ISO14001体系要求；审视能力和职责；识别培训需求；设定质量目标；制定并管理纠正预防措施；

10. Perform any other duties assigned by Superior.

履行上级主管安排的其他职责。

Required competences必备技能:

Education: College and above education level, electromechanical major preferred.

教育背景：大专及以上学历，机电专业优先。

Professional Skill: Ability to lead a team of workers; decision-making skills; high resistance to stress; ability to read technical documentation and preparation of plans and inspection of machinery and equipment; electrical equipment maintenance experience; coordination of work in the Maintenance Department; knowledge of construction machinery and equipment; knowledge of QMS & EMS basic requirement;

专业技能：领导团队、决策、抗压能力；查阅技术资料、制定及执行机器设备检查计划、电气设备管理经验；维修部的工作协调；机器设备的结构知识；质量体系和环境体系基本常识；

Working Experience: Min 5 years of maintenance experience, and 3 years and above for maintenance management.

工作经验：至少5年维修工作经验，3年及以上维修管理工作经验。

Computer Skill：Good computer skill (Word, Excel).

计算机技能：良好计算机能力（Word, Excel）。

Language Skill: Fluent English (spoken and written).

语言技能：英语流利（口语和书写）。
